While we hope every journey unfolds seamlessly, travel occasionally involves unexpected circumstances. Travel medical coverage provides important protection and peace of mind while away from home.
Guests are welcome to purchase additional travel insurance coverage for trip interruption, delays, cancellations, or other travel-related concerns based on their individual needs and preferences.
To help simplify the planning process, we’ve identified two trusted travel insurance providers that offer a variety of coverage options for domestic and international travel. While guests are welcome to purchase insurance through any provider that meets the retreat requirements, many travelers appreciate the convenience of comparing plans through our recommended partners.

Arrival & Welcome
Guests arrive at the private Villa and settle into the retreat experience. The evening begins with a Welcome Dinner, an opportunity to connect with fellow travelers, unwind, and ease into the slower rhythm of retreat life.

Grounded
The day begins with morning yoga in the jungle shala followed by breakfast. Guests will then enjoy our signature Mayan Clay Spa & Bathhouse experience, a unique wellness ritual inspired by the traditions of the Yucatán Peninsula. The afternoon is reserved for relaxation, poolside leisure, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the villa before gathering for dinner together.

Follow Your Rhythm
After yoga and breakfast, guests are invited to enjoy the day at their own pace. Optional experiences include in-villa massage services or an excursion to the beautiful Gran Cenote. The afternoon offers additional time for rest and relaxation before we head into Tulum for shopping, exploration, and a memorable dinner together.

One Last Exhale
Enjoy a final morning yoga practice and leisurely brunch before departures. A final opportunity to soak in the sunshine, connection, and relaxed spirit of the weekend before returning home refreshed and renewed.

As with all travel experiences, occasional adjustments to timing, activities, transportation, dining locations, or other itinerary elements may become necessary due to weather conditions, local circumstances, operational considerations, or factors outside of our control.
Any changes will always be made thoughtfully with the intention of supporting the best possible experience for our guests while honoring the relaxed spirit of the retreat.

While the retreat experiences have been thoughtfully planned, guests are always encouraged to participate in a way that feels supportive and restorative.
